Greg Gutfeld, a Fox News personality, has slammed MSNBC host Joe Scarborough for saying that the recent debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden was the moment he realized the former president had a mental disorder.
Scarborough famously defended Biden as “far beyond coherent” before the debate and told skeptics to “F you” if they suggested that he had experienced a rapid decline in cognition.
On Tuesday, Scarborough spoke with Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, who have a new book out titled, “FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House.”
The authors claim that Democrats were aware of Biden’s struggles for a long time and had planned scenarios to force him to abandon his campaign. They also created a scenario where Biden would die in office. He was guided by tapes in neon colors placed on the ground.
Scarborough insisted, however, that he did not see the problem before the debate. Biden concluded his long monologue by saying, “We have finally defeated Medicare.”
The MSNBC veteran said, “You are right. After Biden’s shockingly poor presidential debate, it was like the dawning of history. For instance, you could tell that he’d be kicked out due to his poor performance. “
Gutfeld was not amused, and he slammed Scarborough to the ground on Wednesday during “Gutfeld”.
Gutfeld said, “What an easy opinion to form after Biden has been gone for so long.”
“Sorry, Joe, saying the debate was like a shocking reason for Biden’s downfall is like saying, ‘Oh, I didn’t know Hunter Biden was a problem until I saw his artwork,” he added. “Keep yakking, you grifter!”
He is as disgusting as a cage full of chimps consuming Metamucil.
The rapid-fire attacks were intense.
Gutfeld fumed: “If Scarborough was within 200 feet from a polygraph, it would explode into flames. He made a very important point. If the media had been truthful about Biden’s health, Democrats could have found someone else to replace Kamala.”
He said, “The funny part is that, [expletive], maybe the Dems would have found a candidate to win an actual election if you’d been honest in important times. Jimmy Carter was alive and well at the time. He would have done better on that debate! “
Your lies could have been a lie.
Somebody stop the fighting!
For anyone who does not remember, Scarborough has been one of the loudest defenders of former President Biden’s ability to think.
I have been saying it for years. He is cogent. He said that he was more analytical and intelligent than ever before.
His bold declaration made him say to his audience: “F you, if you cannot handle the truth. “
He declared with pride that this version of Biden was the best, both analytically and intellectually.
Scarborough’s position changed after the New York Times reported that Biden was confused and misstated facts in the debate, as well as losing track of his thoughts with his mouth wide open.
There is only one conclusion: either he lied about Biden’s mental state, or he didn’t notice it despite hours and hours of video evidence.
The former speaks to Scarborough’s lack of integrity. The latter, his lack of intelligence.
