DHS Proves Every Single Flagged LA Voter Claiming US Birth Was Lying

Here’s what should terrify every American who still believes in fair elections. The Department of Homeland Security just dropped a bombshell that confirms what conservatives have been shouting from the rooftops for years. In Los Angeles County alone, officials identified 200 noncitizen registered voters. Nearly four out of ten claimed they were born right here in the United States. Guess how many of them were actually telling the truth? Zero. Not a single one.

Nicolas Bartell, Associate Director of Fraud Detection at USCIS, put it under oath with penalty of perjury. After reviewing immigration records for every individual on LA County’s sample list, his team determined that none of them were born in America. Not one. These weren’t honest mistakes or clerical errors. These were deliberate lies told by people who knew they had no right to vote in our elections.

You want to know the really crazy part? California Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to keep this system exactly as broken as it is right now. Attorney General Rob Bonta had the audacity to accuse DHS of lying about noncitizen voters. That’s rich coming from someone whose state relies entirely on the honor system for citizenship verification. If someone says they’re a citizen, California officials just take their word for it and move on. No verification. No cross-checking. No effort whatsoever to protect the integrity of our elections.

Think about that for a second. We require more proof to get a library card than California requires to vote in elections that determine the future of our country. The state has created a system that practically begs fraudsters and scammers to exploit it. And when federal investigators expose the problem, Democrats act offended and claim everyone’s picking on them.

The whole charade became crystal clear during a recent Ninth Circuit hearing. Bill Essayli, first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, caught them in a stunning admission. When a judge asked California officials if noncitizen votes would be counted if not stopped immediately, their response was chilling. “That’s absolutely correct,” they said. No shame. No hesitation. Just a frank acknowledgment that they’ll count illegal ballots and dare anyone to do something about it after the fact.

Democrats know exactly what they’re doing here. Once they certify an election, judges almost never overturn results no matter how fraudulent the process was. It’s a calculated gamble that legal votes from actual citizens will get diluted by thousands of illegal ballots, and by the time anyone can prove it in court, the damage is done. The politicians are sworn in. The laws are passed. And American citizens get told to sit down and accept it.

This isn’t just happening in California either. Washington State is stonewalling federal investigators looking into 400 noncitizen voters there. The pattern is obvious. Blue states create systems designed to enable voter fraud, then act shocked when someone calls them out. They scream about voter suppression and accuse Republicans of conspiracy theories while simultaneously admitting they do nothing to verify citizenship status.

The DHS has now identified 20,000 noncitizen registered voters across California. That’s not a rounding error. That’s a systematic failure of epic proportions, assuming you believe it’s actually a failure and not working exactly as Democrats intended. When your entire political strategy depends on importing new voters who’ll reliably support bigger government and more welfare programs, you have every incentive to look the other way when noncitizens register to vote.

Individual liberty means nothing if your vote gets cancelled out by someone who shouldn’t be voting at all. Free and fair elections are the bedrock of our republic, and Democrats are jackhammering that foundation to pieces. They know they’re losing support among actual American citizens who are fed up with their policies, so they’re changing the electorate instead of changing their platform.

Every state needs robust citizenship verification before anyone gets a ballot. Period. This isn’t complicated. We have the technology and the records to confirm who’s eligible to vote. The only reason not to use them is if you want noncitizens voting. California Democrats have shown their hand, and it’s time Americans demand better from every state in this country.
