Joe Biden attended several campaign events in Philadelphia, including a meeting with the Kennedy family.
This is a dig aimed at Robert Kennedy Jr. who is running for President. The Kennedy family members who were present got to see the man they are supporting up close, and I do hope they took in everything he said.
Was this a quote from the Declaration of Independence that you were trying to make? It went off track if it was an attempt to quote the Declaration of Independence since it wasn’t exactly what it said. He slurred his words and staggered through the speech. The slurring has also gotten worse.

He begins yelling about how he has cut the budget a great deal. It’s not true, but what does it matter? He’s “proud.”

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House spokesperson, used this to justify Biden’s lies about his uncle’s cannibals. Being proud means that you can say whatever, whether it is true or false.
Biden made a slurred claim that the Kennedy member who was behind him “saved” the planet from climate change “literally.”

Joe, are you sure you know what you’re saying? They always cry that democracy is in danger. What’s he saying? It’s the same as when he said he would choose truth over facts. He has no idea anymore what he means.
He then went to Wawa for some food. But even there, he struggled. He needed help to close one box.
