Sean Hannity says he’s had enough: “I am done.”
He is done with Fox, he is done with New York.
Rush Limbaugh is the radio godfather of this Fox News host. Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, moved out of Washington, D.C. after Antifa attacked his home. Tucker now splits his time between Maine and Florida. Joe Scarborough of Morning Joe and Mika Brzezinski who looked at their tax returns realized Florida was a better deal. And now, Hannity’s out. He’s doing a bunk. He left New York and moved lock, stock, and LLC to the “Free State of Florida.”
His first Fox News program in 2024 will be Tuesday night. On Tuesday, he announced his decision during his radio show.
If anybody is listening to this program for any length of time, been threatening to do this for quite a while, but we are now beginning our first broadcast of my new home, and that is in the free state of Florida. I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s great to be here.
For years, wealth has been leaving New York and California. Hannity is late in making his move but is still enthusiastic.
He said to the radio audience, “For the very first time since I was an adult, I now have representatives in my state who share my values.” Hannity, who lived in Long Island with Fox News’ Ainsley Aearhardt for decades, never imagined that local officials and representatives would respect him.
Hannity told his radio listeners he was settled into his $5.3 million beachfront townhouse in Palm Beach, Florida.
He told his audience, “I know that I’m behind, but others have made the same decision before me. And no one has been unhappy with their choice.”
I’m glad he has found a place that will appreciate, represent, and welcome him.
Governor Kathy Hochul has not yet responded, but she said not long ago that conservatives are not welcome in New York.
“We’re here to announce that Trump, Zeldin, and Molinaro are gone. Get on a flight and head to Florida, where you belong. Hochul said that they don’t “represent the values of our city”. She said that you were not New Yorkers.
Well sure, lady, if you insist.
Undoubtedly, Hannity will spend lots of time in New York. Just not enough days to have to pay income taxes. He’s now proclaimed his declaration of independence from the People’s Republic of New York.
This man is a good person.
