Twitter is proving just how biased and tyrannical the platform really is. Just the News reporter Greg Piper recently reiterated a Centers for Disease Control & Prevention-backed fact that vaccines aren’t safe for everyone and got banned. Big Tech is doing more than hunting down conservatives on social media. They are also starting to discredit the CDC just to push their point.
“Vaccines are not safe for everyone,” Piper tweeted and linked a College Fix report that detailed a university’s refusal to grant an exception to vaccine mandates for students with complicated medical conditions.
The report came from Brigham Young University Hawaii where they refused to grant a medical exemption to incoming freshman Olivia Sandor. She currently has a medical condition that makes receiving the vaccine potentially dangerous. She talked about developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome in 2019 as a side effect of vaccination but did not detail which vaccination she received.
Sandor shared the story of regaining the ability to walk again, adding that the vaccine resulted in her being paralyzed from the waist down. Getting another vaccine could lead to her being paralyzed or even death. The Food & Drug Administration even said that there is an “increased risk” of developing Guillain Barre disease after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. GBS damages the nerve cells and causes the muscles to severely weaken.
The university denied Sandor’s exemption, even though the vaccine has not been mandated for employees yet. She asked if it was a joke and continued up the chain of command until her family spoke with the BYU President. She shared her dreams of attending BYU and how hard she worked to get to that goal. But her request was denied again. There have been no updates to her case and it is not clear how many students have been exempted from the mandate or approved to not be vaccinated.
Piper states that every mandate has a medical exemption and how some people should not get certain vaccines or wait before getting them. He’s warned people against getting the COVID-19 vaccine if they’ve had allergic reactions to any of the ingredients, such as polyethylene glycol.
Piper also said that he’s tried to appeal his suspension on Twitter but that they have only told him to delete the tweet so that the 12-hour lockout can start. He said if he chooses to delete the tweet then the appeal continues and has no deadline. Twitter has not responded for comment but it seems like they unlocked his account since he is back to tweeting.
It came as a shock to many social media users since the CDC site even states that “some people should not get certain vaccines.” Vaccines are not safe for everyone. That’s not a conservative piece of propaganda, that’s just a fact. Yet according to Twitter, it’s enough to get you kicked off the platform.
CDC spokesperson Tom Skinner even confirmed that Piper’s tweet was factually correct. “If you have had a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) or an immediate allergic reaction, even if it was not severe, to any ingredient in an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine (such as polyethylene glycol), you should not get an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine,” he said.
But according to Twitter, this is nothing more but “vaccine misinformation.” It doesn’t sit well with Big Tech that people make individual decisions for their medical health. This is just like the “science” behind cloth masks. We all know they don’t work and that it’s backed by science journals but you’ll still get kicked off social media for talking about it. The tyranny of the radical left has turned everything they don’t agree with into “misinformation.” When they get caught, they blame it on Big Tech algorithms. It’s the same game.
