Disney will advocate for transgenderism being taught to children aged five years old in classrooms. It will also voice moral outrage over parental rights. However, the company is silent when it comes down to making a profit from its relationship to the Communist Party of China (CCP), Florida Governor. Ron DeSantis (R), stated on Thursday.

During a visit to Boca Raton, the governor addressed Disney’s hypocrisy. After Bob Chapek, the CEO of Disney, made it clear that Disney leaders were against the Parental Rights in Education Bill. This bill protects children in kindergarten through grade three from discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity in the classroom. Critics falsely called the bill the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. Chapek stated that Disney’s leaders opposed the measure, but they “choosed not to take a public stance on it because we believed we could be more efficient working behind-the scenes, engaging directly with legislators — on both sides.”

Chapek said that he called Governor “to express our disappointment” that the legislation could be used to unfairly attack gay, lesbians, non-binary, and transgender children and families. He also stated that a meeting is in the offing.

DeSantis, however, made clear to his supporters that he would not compromise with woke corporations.

To applause, he stated that there was no chance that he would be able to compromise my commitments to students or parent rights because of false media narratives or pressure from woke companies.

He said that companies that make a lot of money catering to families and young children should be aware that parents don’t want to see their child’s kindergarten class injected with this.

“This is inappropriate for these kids. He said, “So if you are family-friendly, understand that the parents — who are actually raising their families — want their rights respected.”

“And I also believe that companies like Disney are going to say, criticize parents’ right — they’re going criticize the fact we don’t want Transgenderism in Kindergarten and First Grade Classrooms -” he said before pointing out the main flaws in Disney’s strong sense of indignation.

He asked, “If this is the hill they’re going down on, how can they explain lining their pockets and their relationship with Communist Party of China?” “Because they do that, and they make money, and they don’t say anything about the truly brutal practices that are used by the CCP.”

He said, to more applause, “And so in Florida. Our policy’s got to based on Florida citizens best interests — not the musings of woke corporations.”

In fact, the left has been spreading false narratives over the past weeks and especially this week after the passage of the legislation by the state Senate. This measure simply bans classroom discussion about sexual orientation and gender identity. Despite the false label of “Don’t Say Gay” and establishment media’s narrative, the legislation doesn’t mention specific words like “gay”.
