White House Stands By False Joe Biden Debate Claim That Hunter Did Not Make Money From China

Joe Biden claimed that Hunter Biden, his son, did not earn money from China. The White House supported this claim. Biden declared emphatically during the third presidential debate of October 2020 that “nothing is unethical” regarding his son’s foreign business dealings.

Biden claimed that his son had not been able to make a living in this business.

Kristen Welker from NBC was the moderator for the third debate. She questioned Kate Bedingfield, White House communications director, about Biden’s statements at the White House press briefing.

Bedingfield responded, “We stand absolutely behind the president’s comment.”

The Washington Post reported earlier this week that a Chinese conglomerate of energy paid $4.8 Million to entities managed by Hunter Biden’s uncle.

According to reports, the FBI has made significant progress in the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings despite Biden’s repeated assertions that his son had done nothing wrong during his campaign.

When asked by reporters about Hunter Biden’s laptops, Bedingfield declined to answer any additional questions.

When asked about Biden’s reaction to the new stories, she replied “I don’t have any more to add from this podium.”

After another reporter asked her about Hunter Biden, Bedingfield said that she didn’t have any additional information to offer.

“I don’t have anything to add to this from the podium.” After a third reporter inquired if President Biden had read the latest stories on Hunter Biden, she said “Thank you” again.
