Guess What Else Democrats Consider Racist?

It amazes me how Democrats can get away with suggesting that minorities are stupid. The left is constantly blaming common-sense integrity laws for election fraud, and claiming that they are racist, in their attempts to make it easier for cheaters to win elections. The most prominent example is voter ID. The left says that voter ID laws are not possible because it’s voter suppression. Minorities don’t have IDs from the state or they’re unable to obtain them.

This is obviously false. Not only does the overwhelming majority of Americans support photo IDs to vote, but 78% of African-American voters support voter ID laws. The leftist opposition to voter identification is not new. The latest That’s Racist, an accusation against the left is the signature requirement for absentee ballot applications.

According to left-wing activist groups, this is according to the Georgia State Election Board. Marc Elias (formerly of Perkins Coie), is leading their efforts.

Georgia’s recent election integrity law stipulates that absentee ballot applications must still be signed in pen and ink. Elias states that electronic or digital signatures will not be accepted. The voter must sign the absentee ballot application with pen and ink.

Yes, it is scary.

“In other words: An individual can fill out an online absentee ballot application, but must then print it out in order to sign it with pen or paper before sending it online, by mail, or in person.”

Oh no! Oh really!

The lawsuit states that those who rely on absentee votes and do not have access to scanners, printers, or fax machines may be disenfranchised due to Georgia’s “arcane laws and administrative traps”.

It is hard to believe this argument, and Georgia Secretary-of-State Brad Raffensperger appears to agree with it and is certain the suit will fail.

Raffensperger stated that the frivolous suit, just like all the Marc Elias’, Stacey Abramss’ and their allies’ fairy-tale lawsuits in the past, will be dismissed by the court. It amazes me how liberal groups will go to great lengths to undermine common-sense election security measures. They failed to remove signature requirements previously and will fail again.
