Joe Biden Yells Incoherently About Fifteen Fewer Democracies In The World

Published on

President Joe Biden recently started shouting and rambling about democracy’s future. He misstated one of his favorite points about democracies in decline around the globe.

“Well, guess what?” Biden spoke out, raising his voice before he added that in the last ten year there have been fifteen less democracies around the world. “Fewer. “Fewer.

During an Ohio event to promote the economy, the president spoke on Democracy.

Biden often expresses concern about democracy decline, citing Freedom House research that showed that there are fewer democracies today than they were 15 years ago.

Freedom House will inform you that today there are fewer democracies than 15 years ago. During a fundraiser in April, he stated that democracies were actually declining.

Freedom House’s study aims to measure the freedom enjoyed in a country and warns of countries that lose points in their freedom scores.

Biden cites the 2021 study as a warning about 15 years of Democratic decline.

Biden’s assertion that there are 15 fewer Democracies around the world is not supported by the most recent study, but it warns that 60 countries have experienced declines in freedom.

The 2022 study slashed six points for the United States, citing the Jan 6th riots at Capitol Hill in protest of the 2020 election.
