Multiple Texas Counties have issued “declarations to invade” as a response to the crisis. My colleague Nick Arama also reported that the Supreme Court rejected the “Remain in Mexico” policy, also known as “Migrant Protection Protocols”, which was implemented by then-President Donald Trump.
CNS News reported that approximately 18,000 illegal immigrants will be crossing the border every day due to the Biden administration’s decision not to comply with the Remain In Mexico policy. This is more than six million annually. The Biden administration provided the estimates.
On Sunday morning Fox News’ Sunday morning show, Greg Abbott, Texas Republican Governor, put Biden’s illegal alien invasion into proper and eye-opening perspective.
Each year, we will receive about one Houston.
Abbott stated, “So this will be a total catastrophe,” as transcribed by CNS News.
It was Texas that first led the charge in obtaining court decisions to preserve the Title 42 policy and the Remain in Mexico policy. As you pointed out, the Supreme Court has struck down the Remain Mexico policy.
Let me give you just the numbers provided by the Biden administration. These figures were predicted by the Biden administration that we would see approximately 18,000 illegal immigrants crossing the border each day after these policies are eliminated.
If you extrapolate this on an annual basis, there will be more than 6,000,000 people crossing the border each year.
Abbott was still furious about Biden’s illegal invasion of his state.
These counties are facing something completely new. This is a remarkable development. Just two years ago, we had the lowest number of crossing the border and the most apprehensions. President Trump then removed all policies and President Biden created a new one that has seen an unprecedented increase in the number of people crossing the border.
Yes, there is an invasion by cartels crossing our border and pouring thousands of people into our country at unprecedented rates.
Abbott stated that Texas can classify the Biden border crisis as an invasion for technical reasons in the U.S. Constitution. This allows Texas to implement additional strategies against the ongoing crisis.
The U.S. Constitution has Article IV, section 4 [and] Article 1 section 10. I referred to both Article IV, section four [and] Article I, section 10.
Using those words serves a purpose: it triggers additional strategies and ways that states can use to protect themselves against cartel-driven actions.
The cartels followed.
In my July 5 article, I mentioned that the Texas Department of Public Safety and other state agencies under the Biden administration led to more than 236,000 migrant arrests, almost 14,000 criminal convictions, and over 11,300 felony cases.
As well, over 3,800 weapons and nearly $30 million worth of currency were seized. The most important statistic is that DPS agents have seized more than 300,000,000 lethal doses of fentanyl throughout the state, in the ongoing fight against America’s true pandemic.
The Biden Border Crisis continues purposely unabated, the administration continues concocting ridiculous “fixes,” tells outright lies, and ignores the massive spike of fentanyl overdoses, Texas has been left to its own devices.
While California’s “sanctuary state”, the no-longer – Golden State, as it was, continues to be a victim of senseless and deadly crimes, Gavin Newsom, its nutjob governor, continues throwing California tax-payer money at illegals whenever he can.
