Jen Psaki, the former White House Press Secretary must be deposed in a lawsuit alleging Big Tech conspired to suppress free speech. Monday’s ruling was made by a federal judge.

Terry Doughty (the Western District of Louisiana Judge) rejected Monday’s motion from Psaki’s lawyers to stop an interview. He stated that it was in the public interest to “determine whether First Amendment freedom of expression rights have been disregarded.” ”

Psaki tried to evade the subpoena that required her to testify in the suit filed by Republican attorney generals of Missouri and Louisiana. It was about Big Tech collusion. Joe Biden’s Department of Justice supported her claim. Reclaim the net:

In the past Psaki acknowledged that the Biden administration had flagged speech on social networking platforms.

Psaki was President Joe Biden’s top advisor. The DOJ claimed that Psaki would be deposed and lead to a debate over executive privilege.

Breitbart News reported on the suit that social media executives met regularly in an effort to discuss the censorship of Americans in a coronavirus outbreak. They also wanted to censor Ukraine support.

John J. Vecchione, senior counsel to the New Civil Liberties Alliance, stated that the ex White House press secretary attempted to delay or eliminate her deposition in this action.
