KJP’s Silly Word Salad in Defense of Student Loan Handout Makes Kamala Harris Look Like a Piker

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press Secretary, displayed a stunning display of dimwitted indiscretion Tuesday in an attempt to defend the undefended: Joe Biden’s student loan handout.

As reporters peppered KJP with questions about Biden’s politically expedient, ill-fated, student loan wealth-redistribution scheme, she reached down deep and came up with a beauty to remain nip and tuck with Kamala Harris in their race for word salad queen of the Biden administration:

Your question about student loans [sic]: What specifically did you mean? As you know, there is uh. We have um, um, we sent this up the highest Court of the land, the highest Court in our nation to ensure that we move quickly.

Huh?

KJP’s comment about “sending it up to the highest Court” was referring to the White House filing an urgent appeal with the Supreme Court following a Texas federal judge who struck down the student loan handout scheme. He ruled that the scheme was unconstitutional.

However, Team Biden hardly appears confident that the appeal will succeed: The administration this week extended its freeze on wealth-redistribution payments as the scam remains tied up in the courts. This is the latest action taken by Team Biden after the administration had stopped accepting applications for handouts earlier in the month. The move angered untold number of hardworking citizens across the country.

I referred to the Texas federal judge’s ruling above. It clearly demonstrated that Biden’s pre-midterms scam was probably nothing more than that. A fraud purposely launched with the sole purpose to buy a few extra votes here and there. Democrats lost control of the House, and managed to win a win in Senate to keep a majority in Upper Chamber. U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman wrote the following:

This Court is not able to decide whether the Program is good public policy. Regardless, it can be said that the Program is one of the largest delegations of legislative power to executive branches or the largest exercises without congressional authorization of legislative power in the United States’ history.

We are not ruled in this country by an all-powerful executive who can use a pen and a telephone. Instead, the Constitution provides for three independent branches of government. [… The Court is aware of the political divisions in our country.

It is vital for the survival of our Republic to preserve the separation of power as set forth in our Constitution. The Court has interpreted the HEROES act and found that it doesn’t provide ‘clear congressional authorization for the Program proposed to the Secretary.”
