PA House of Representatives Votes to Impeach Soros-Backed Philadelphia District Attorney

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted to impeach Larry Krasner, Philadelphia District Attorney, for “misbehavior” in office that was in the nature of dereliction of duties and refusing to enforce the law.

House Resolution 240 outlines a number of complaints regarding the Soros-supported DA. These include “exhibiting unethical behavior by failing to disclose to the courts” as well as “committing professional misconduct under the rule of professional conduct and engaging impropriety or appearances of impropriety.”

In the resolution, Krasner is also accused of failing to recognize the suffering of crime victims that he has sworn to represent and of contributing to the sharp rise in crimes.

Neglectful or deliberate acts of crime.

In 2021, there were 562 murders. This was the highest number in the city’s 340-year history. District Attorney Krasner stated that violence and murders occur in every area of the city, at all hours of the day. It is now a common occurrence to shoot on public transport, in neighborhoods with children and families, and in the middle of the city’s business district. The open-air drug market has become commonplace. He has effectively decriminalized prostitution, effectively dismantling programs that were intended to rescue women from human trafficking and addiction. Many businesses have left the city because he has made retail theft illegal.

Gee, have we ever heard of this before?

Los Angeles’s Soros-funded DA has been accused of similar misconduct and worse. Since his election, George Gascon has brought unprecedented crime and chaos to Los Angeles County. Due to technicalities in signature gathering, a recall was not possible.

Gascon, in fact, is responsible for recruiting Soros DA candidates and boasts about his role in helping Krasner to be elected.

“And, you’ll remember, people like Larry Krasner (Philadelphia DA) and others came to my office when they were running for office.” We identified candidates in some cases, and many would then come in after they were elected ….. Larry, for example, spent nearly a month in my office.

After assuming office, Krasner fired more than 30 assistant district attorneys. In the resolution, Krasner is accused of firing over 30 assistant district attorneys upon taking office.

From the Post-Millennial:

According to the legislation, Krasner had more than 30 assistant district lawyers fired upon his assuming office. Many of these were senior-level assistants. He also has “significant prosecutorial experience” and knowledge of criminal procedure.

The article states that Krasner replaced them with assistant district attorneys who “lacked any meaningful experience prosecuting criminal cases, some only recently graduated law school.”

After Krasner took office, he withdrew from the Pennsylvania District Attorney’s Association because he believed it “support regressive or punitive policies.”

Instead of providing training on subjects such as human trafficking, witness exam, and trial management, he offered seminars like “a vision for criminal justice Philadelphia”, “deportation, the unforeseen consequences, prosecution in our immigrant communities,” and “Philadelphia safe injection: harm reduction is public policy.”

If Krasner is removed from his office successfully, he will be following fellow Soros-backed DA Chesa Bodin, who was recalled earlier this year from San Francisco. George Gascon, Krasner’s mentor, and former Los Angeles mayor are still in Krasner’s Los Angeles post. It looks like Gascon will continue to reign supreme, even as the Empire of District Attorneys Gascon has built is falling apart.

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted in favor of impeaching Krasner by a margin of 107-85.
