Hunter Biden Quarantined At Delaware House Where Classified Docs Found

Hunter Biden, President Biden’s youngest son, is currently facing extensive probes into his business dealings. He once stated that he and his family “quarantined at his father’s house, where classified documents were found recently.”

The president’s son wrote in his April 2021 memoir that he spent election night at his Wilmington, Delaware home with other family members. Hunter Biden said that he, his kids, Melissa Cohen, his half-sister Ashley Biden, and Howard Krein, their husband, watched the election coverage as the votes were counted.

Hunter Biden wrote that he loved the scene from election night even though it would’ve driven him nuts.
He continued, “But one of the advantages of waiting so long to hear the race was that we all waited together at Mom and Dad’s house — Melissa, the baby, my daughters, Natalie, Hunter, Ashley, and Howard.” We were quarantined together as well as waiting together. There was no escape from one another.

Additional evidence has emerged that Hunter Biden spent some time at the house, in addition to being quarantined there during the 2020 presidential campaign.

Hunter Biden was seen with his father on December 16, 2022 as he traveled from the White House in Washington to Delaware. This was just four days before the search at the house that produced the classified documents. According to the White House’s lawyers, the president searched the Wilmington residence and found the documents Dec. 20.

According to media reports, Hunter Biden was also in Wilmington at least five times since his father became president. Rob Crilly, a Daily Mail reporter, tweeted footage on Hunter Biden’s trip to Wilmington with President Obama, March 26, 2021.

The Washington Free Beacon reported Wednesday it had photos of Hunter Biden in Delaware on July 30, 2017. This was shortly after his father left the White House carrying documents from his tenure. According to the president, Hunter Biden was seen driving his 1967 Corvette Stingray in the photos. He said that it was parked right next to the location where classified documents were found last month.

Last week, the White House revealed that a number of classified documents dating back to Biden’s time as vice-president had been found at the Penn Biden Center. Later in the week the White House confirmed that a second set of classified documents had been discovered in the garage at the Wilmington residence of President Barack Obama.

“As President said, he takes classified materials and information seriously. And as we have stated, we have cooperated since the moment we informed [National] Archives that only a few documents were found. We will continue to cooperate,” Richard Sauber, the president’s attorney, said in a statement.

He said, “We are confident that an extensive review will reveal that these documents were not inadvertently lost.”

On Saturday Sauber revealed that five more documents had been discovered at the house despite Karine Jean-Pierre’s earlier assurances that the search was complete.

Republicans have focused on Hunter Biden’s access to classified information, which includes intelligence regarding Ukraine, Iran, and the U.K., in the wake of discovering the documents at the president’s house. Hunter Biden is currently being investigated by the federal government and will be subject to congressional inquiries about his business dealings.

Robert Hur, a career prosecutor, was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland to act as special counsel in an investigation into the president’s handling classified documents.
