Karine Jean-Pierre Announces Two More White House Press Office Departures

Karine Jean Pierre, White House Press Secretary, announced Wednesday the resignation of two members of the communications department.

After discussing Biden’s trip to Ukraine and the East Palestine train accident, Ohio, the Press Secretary changed gears to announce Jean-Pierre’s Press Associate Megha Bhattacharya and her Chief of Staff Robbie Dornbush were leaving the White House press office.

Jean Pierre began, “We have another bittersweet time for us, The White House Press Team as this is our final press briefing to Megha [to my right] who are valued team members”)”

Bhattacharya was a White House staffer from February 2022 to February 2022. Her tenure was less than one years. Dornbush lasted just nine months.

Jean-Pierre reminisced. “She has done all of it with grace and a great sense of humor. She also wears Grade A clothes. ”

While Bhattacharya was confirmed to be moving to the State Department by the Press Secretary, she did not share the plans of her former Chief of Staff.

“I knew Robbie before this administration began. Jean-Pierre began. Robbie we will miss your contributions.

Fox News Digitals requested comment from the White House, but they didn’t respond.

Since its inception, the Biden administration has seen periods of high staff turnover.

Jen Psaki (ex-White House press secretary) resigned to accept a job at MSNBC in May. They were serving Biden since his election.

Jean Pierre’s press team was also affected when Vedent Patel resigned and was promoted to principal deputy spokesperson at State Department. Jean Pierre also announced that Amanda Finney, chief, would be leaving to become deputy director for public affairs at Energy Department.

Other important players in the Biden White House also resigned. Pili Tobar was the assistant director of communications and special assistant to Biden. TJ Ducklo was special assistant to President Biden. Jessica Hurtz was White House staff secretary, and was also the deputy assistant to Biden. They resigned in October 2022.

Jean-Pierre made a tribute to her former employees, and then ended the segment with an amusing joke.
