After being asked by one reporter about COVID-19’s origins, President Biden quickly turned his back to reporters as he left the White House.
Fox News’ Christopher Wray, FBI Director, stated that the COVID-19 pandemic likely stemmed from a laboratory leak in Wuhan (China), a theory initially called a conspiracy. The Department of Energy also conducted a similar analysis.
Iris Tao, NTD News White House Correspondent, shared the footage with Biden via Twitter. It shows Biden leaving the White House, approaching reporters outside, and Tao asking about COVID-19’s source. Biden raised his arms and stepped away to board Marine One, the presidential helicopter.
“Breaking: President Biden @POTUS was supposed to speak, but he turned away after I asked him about #Covid origin and whether or not he will hold #China responsible. @NTDNews @ChinaInFocusNTD @capitolreport,” Tao tweeted.
Biden might not have responded to this request, but other politicians took it upon themselves and drafted legislation to reveal the truth.
A bill was unanimously approved by the Senate to make all information about the origins of COVID-19 or the Wuhan Institute of Virology public. It appears that the bill has enough political momentum to become law.
“It has been three years since COVID-19 ravaged our lives and we still have basic questions about its origins. This is unacceptable,” Rep Mike Gallagher (Republican from Wisconsin), chairman of the House Select Committee on China, told Fox News Digital.
Gallagher stated, “The question of when this pandemic started is the most important in the world.” It’s time for Congress and the Administration to take action to reveal the pertinent intelligence about the pandemic.
