Nina Jankowicz is the Biden Department Of Homeland Security’s disinformation chief. She wants to sue Fox News for “lies” about her.
Jankowicz uploaded five minute of video to her twitter account, along with a GoFundMe request for funding a Fox News lawsuit.
The “Disinformation Governance Board” was established by the Biden administration in April 2022. It would be housed at the DHS and work to counter “disinformation.” It will focus on Russian disinformation and disinformation concerning the U.S. South Border. Jankowicz was a former advisor to Ukraine.
Conservatives opposed Jankowicz’s nomination and creation of the board. Jankowicz was stopped by DHS in August 2022.
Jankowicz said that she will sue Fox News for her “malicious, reckless lying” about Jankowicz. This video includes clips from Fox News host Jankowicz and pundits who criticize Jankowicz based on her posts to social networks.

She claimed that Fox News had published a “overly personal false and incendiary coverage” about her, mainstreaming online conspiracies with tens of thousands of Americans.
She said that although the network’s accusations about her were “easyly disproven by just a few minutes research”, they had made her feel guilty and forced her to resign.
She said that she was the victim in her last weeks of pregnancy of an “onslaught” of online violence.

She claimed the money would be used to fund Fox News lawsuits, as well as support “other security cost” associated with Fox News actions.
She claimed that she hired a lawyer to help her obtain a protective order against harassers.
