Since his inception, President Biden had a Sergeant. Schultz defense (“I don’t understand anything, nothing!” “). His relatives are accused of making a profit from influence-peddling with foreign countries.
Despite mounting evidence to the contrary, Biden insists that Biden knows nothing about Hunter Biden’s business dealings despite overwhelming evidence. He continued to deny that millions of dollars were transferred from China in financial transfer reports released by his administration.
Emails show that Biden was vice president in 2015. Biden’s former White House communications chief Kate Bedingfield knew of his involvement even though he refused to admit it.
Emails from the National Archives reveal that Vice President Biden approved a December 2015 declaration about Hunter Biden’s participation on the board at a Ukrainian energy company.
Biden has, as president and presidential candidate, denied any knowledge or involvement in these business transactions at most seven times.
For years, the media reported that President Biden claimed that he never spoke with his son about overseas business dealings.
It was believed that the president could fly with his son, Air Force Two’s vice president, to China and discuss his business plans.
This claim was quickly disproved by emails found on the laptop.
Other media outlets repeated these lies, including The Associated Press 2022 which claimed that Biden had never discussed the deals with his child despite a true audiotape proving this claim false.
President Biden left Hunter a message on the audiotape about covering these deals.
Many of us have been arguing for two years that President Biden’s claims of ignorance are patently false. We received emails from foreign clients, some from Ukraine, thanking Hunter Biden for organizing meetings and dinners with their father. A 2015 dinner with Hunter Biden’s Kazakh- and Russian clients is one example.
According to reports, people were told not to mention President Biden directly. James Gilliar was a Biden associate and instructed Tony Bobulinski not to refer to Hunter’s, President Biden’s former business partners. “Don’t mention Joe in any transaction. It’s only when you [sic] meet face to face. They are paranoid, I’m sure. ”
These emails seem to be from President Biden with code names such as “Celtic” or “the large man”. One email mentions that “the big guy” will receive a 10% discount on a deal with Chinese energy companies. Others refer to Hunter Biden’s father paying some of his taxes and expenses.
Bobulinski claimed in multiple interviews that he met with Joe Biden twice to discuss a business deal. The New York Post also reported that an email discussed “the proposed percentage allocation for equity in a company created for a joint Venture with CEFC China Energy Co.” It was the March 13, 2017 email that included references to H’s “10”.
Recent emails show that Bedingfield informed Eric Schwerin (Hunter’s top financial lieutenant) via email in 2015 about Joe Biden’s approval of a statement regarding Hunter’s board position. This contradicts Bedingfield’s 2015 email, in which he stated that “VP signed off on” the matter.
The White House continues its denial of all allegations. Fox News’ Peter Doocy inquired about transfer records showing millions of dollars were sent from China. Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press secretary, replied:
Biden would not even attempt to defend this clearly false defense if it were not for the support media that could blunt attacks and limit inquires.
The Sgt. Schulz defense is clearly different from the Schulz defense. Schulz defense. Schultz was as comical and innocent as the character in “Hogan’s Heroes.” Biden’s influence peddling claim was neither funny nor harmless as the character in “Hogan’s Heroes.”
Washington long supported influence peddling as corruption. Democrats oppose any investigation into influence-peddling.
The humor of Sgt. Schultz is precisely why the Biden defense falls apart.
Democratic leaders must eventually recognize the obvious or join the Bidens, many journalists and others in this theatre.
