Hunter To Resume Selling Art To Anonymous Buyers In NYC

Hunter Biden will resume selling paintings to anonymous buyers in New York City, despite an ongoing House investigation into his art sales.

Hunter’s artwork will be displayed alongside other famous abstract painters at a New York exhibition on Thursday. Hunter’s art dealer, The Georges Berges Gallery of Soho will host the event. Hunter’s gallery will be accompanied by works from Helen Frankenthaler and Elaine de Kooning.

According to the New York Post, the son of the president is expected to attend the exhibition in order to promote his work.

According to the Washington Post, Hunter sold 12 paintings at a total price less than his asking prices of $500,000 Although it is not clear how much Hunter has made, estimates suggest that he has made at least five times as much from his art than the average American artist. This all while he was a novice painter.

Breitbart News was informed by Adam Thompson, a Miami-based artist, that Hunter should donate any proceeds from anonymous art sales to charity, and not President Joe Biden.

He said, “I hope Hunter Biden will have some awareness of his work and how it got there — and I hope that he’ll consider kicking some of it back at school art programs and not just to the big guy.”

Concerns have been raised about Hunter’s anonymous art sales and who may be purchasing it. James Comer, a member of the House Oversight Committee (R-KY), told Breitbart News that Hunter’s artwork was 95 percent certain to have made it to China. This could potentially compromise the president.

Comer requested Georges Berges, Hunter’s art dealer, to assist him in his investigation. Berges is an art dealer who has ties to China and has refused to reveal the identity of Hunter’s buyer to House investigators.

House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R.OH) asked Friday if Alvin Bragg, Manhattan District Attorney, is investigating Hunter’s shady deals in art.

Jordan asked Jordan on Twitter Friday, “Is Alvin Bragg checking Hunter Biden’s art sales records and business records in New York City?” “Outrageous.”

Corruption is a hallmark of the art industry. A 2020 Senate subcommittee report outlined how the art market is used as a means of laundering money.

The United States’ largest legal unregulated sector is the art industry. The Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) does not apply to the art industry. This means that it is not subject to detailed procedures to prevent money laundering or verify identity. The BSA doesn’t apply to art transactions between art dealers or auction houses. However, sanctions do. A sanctioned person or entity cannot be associated with any U.S. entity or person.

Hunter and the White House have stood firm in their support for anonymous sales to buyers that could be American advisories.

Jen Psaki, former White House press secretary, said that the Gallerist was transparent in her recommendations. Jen Psaki also addressed the question of lack of transparency. “I would refer you to the gallerist for details of the restrictions that were placed.”

President’s 53-year old son, responded “f*ck’em!” to questions about his criticisms.
