Joe Biden Gets Not So Average Democrat As Challenger For 2024

John Kennedy was a name I recognized when he announced that he was running for president. It was John Neely Kennedy, I thought. He is the Louisiana senator with a sharp tongue who has repeatedly attacked Leftists on the Senate floor with his acid wit.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will be the new presidential candidate. He is the son and nephew of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and Senator Ted Kennedy. The scion of a well-known family isn’t a Leftist doctrinaire.

Town & Country reported that Kennedy “involved himself in the vaccine debate” as well as “Kennedy’s lost friends, business opportunities, and influence within Democratic Party.” Kennedy stated in a 2021 profile that Kennedy’s sister Kathleen Kennedy Townsend was the chair of the Global Virus Network. Maeve Kennedy McKean and Joseph P. Kennedy II published an article in Politico titled “RFK Jr. Is Our Brother and Uncle.” “He is Tragically Wrong About Vaccines

“By inserting himself into the vaccine debate,” Town & Country wrote in a lengthy 2021 profile of the man, “Kennedy has lost friendships, business opportunities, and influence within the Democratic Party.” Even his own family has denounced him: his sister Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, who has served as chair of the Global Virus Network, his brother Joseph P. Kennedy II, and his niece Maeve Kennedy McKean wrote an article in Politico in May 2019 entitled: “RFK Jr. Is Our Brother and Uncle. He’s Tragically Wrong About Vaccines.”

Kennedy defends himself, recounting his family history. Kennedy recounts the story of his father, who was the Democratic front-runner for the nomination in 1968 before he was assassinated.

Everyone opposed Vietnam including my father when he spoke against it. The New York Times and all the labor unions were against him. When he ran for the presidency in his own party, almost all of his friends abandoned him.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. might be wrong about vaccine dangers, but it is amazing to hear a public figure speak about the importance of standing firm in your convictions in an era of conformism. It’s amazing to see 2+2=5 being used. It is amazing to listen to RFK Jr. speak about how important it was to resist the tide and defend the truth, no matter what the cost.

Kennedy may have had this advantage as a presidential contender. He could show Leftists how dangerous groupthink can become and why it is important to stand up for truth, no matter what the cost. Kennedy could change the tide and end authoritarianism, which is advancing on every front.

This might seem too much. We can only hope that Robert F. Kennedy can give Old Joe Biden a run for his money.
