Nancy Pelosi Heckled At Event With Paul Krugman

Multiple hecklers interrupted Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), speaking event with economist Paul Krugman. They accused her of being a war criminal and a sad old drunk.

On Monday evening, Krugman and Pelosi spoke at The City University of New York Graduate Center. Pelosi’s speech was interrupted four times by hecklers. Pelosi was criticized by the hecklers, mainly for her foreign policy and corruption.

One heckler said that Pelosi was from the “depths hell.”

As she was removed from the event, the heckler shouted “You know Pelosi. That’s a very nice place for you in hell.” “For some strange reason, you are obsessed with getting us into war. Why didn’t you admit that there weren’t any WMDs in Iraq?

“You tricked us into going to war in Iraq. You convinced us to invade Afghanistan. “Now, over 90% of those people are poor and dying,” continued the heckler. “Why don’t you tell us the truth about Nordstream?”

According to a Twitter video, Pelosi’s supporters were heard cheering on the heckler.

“Why did we destroy Nordstream? The heckler said, “You’re leaving millions without energy.” “People like you should get arrested. You are a war criminal!”

After security had removed one heckler from the venue, a male heckler rose up and continued his outbursts.

“Hey Congresswoman, I came here to see a warmonger, but you’re a sad drunk!” What’s the matter? Did you go to Taiwan looking for Ukraine when you arrived? “Did we blow up Nordstream by accident or intentionally?” the man shouted. “Did that happen? … You are a war criminal, Ms. Pelosi. You have some nerve.”

“You goddam war criminal! “How many people have you killed in your fucking name?” he asked.

After that, two other hecklers rose up but were quickly removed from the premises by security.
