The unidentified man who calmly got out of his car and began shooting at people in Allen Premium Outlets Mall on Saturday was described by neighbors as a resident living with his parents who always wore a security guard uniform.
WFAA reports that the neighbors said, “he was quiet, but they reported they did notice some abnormal and strange behaviors.”
The man approached the mall in his gray charger, got out of the car, and opened fire. Seven people died at the scene with two more succumbing to their wounds after being rushed to a hospital. Three of the surviving victims were in critical condition and in surgery, while four were stable Saturday night, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
