Retired Navy Officer Not Going To Jail To Report What He Saw In Afghanistan

A retired Navy Officer said he witnessed a metallic orb similar to that shown in the video at last month’s Senate Hearing, but he has no way to speak out.

“I will be honest with all of you.” “I’d like to tell you everything in detail but I don’t want to go to prison to do it,” said the retired Navy senior commander, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of repercussions.

He told Fox News Digital that he was constrained by security agreements.

Two lawmakers from both sides of aisle found it glaring that there was no secure way to report possible UFOs after the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office’s (AARO) April 19 UFO Hearing in front of Senate Armed Services Subcommittee for Emerging Threats & Capabilities.

AARO, the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense’s UAP (unidentified anomalous phenomenon) unit, investigates UFOs.

The head of the agency, Sean Kirkpatrick (seen in the above video clip), showed the second-along clips to legislators and said: “This is basically all the data that we have about this event.”

He said that it would be impossible to identify the suspect based on that video alone, and so this case is considered “unresolved.”

The retired Navy Officer said that in early 2000, he and his fellow military personnel saw a metallic orb coming from an airborne platform.

The Navy officer said to Fox News Digital that there was a lot of gray in this case because the client for whom we worked at the time kept all the collected materials.

“But I do know where the corpses are buried. Not necessarily, however, where the digital data can be found.” I can direct them to the right place.”

After the hearing on April 19, Senators Mark Warner and Marco Rubio wrote a letter with five bullet points to the DOD. This was shared by Fox News Digital.

One argument was that there were no safe ways for potential UFO witness to come forward and safely share their stories.

In their letter, the senators stated that “to date, we have not seen any efforts to communicate to the public the existence of the Secure Process.” We request an update from you on your plan to make the secure process public so that witnesses can come forward.

Rubio, through a Fox News Digital spokesperson, said in an email statement that Americans are “understandably concerned” by objects in the airspace of the country and near facilities.

Rubio added, “Our government has spent far too long ignoring the threat or downplaying it.” “Thankfully, this is starting to change. But as we saw earlier in the year, defense and intelligence are still struggling.”

The Florida senator was referring to three UAPs and the Chinese spy balloon that were shot down by the Biden administration in February.

We know for sure that we did not shoot down any UAPs.

He claimed that not only was the American public “lacking in information,” but also lawmakers who are responsible for congressional oversight “are being denied critical information.”

We set up the AARO Office to deal with such an example; to quickly aggregate the data and apply scientific processes. The (Biden Administration) must fully empower the AARO Office and adhere to the guidelines set forth in the FY23 NDAA.

The “FY23 NDAA”, or fiscal year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act includes clauses that provide a safe way for whistleblowers and witnesses to share their stories.

According to the retired Navy officer, what senators ask for is “likely” what he would have to submit.
