Biden To Give First TV Interview Since May In NYC As He Preps For 2024 Race

The first interview with President Biden since May will be on MSNBC this Thursday.

Mark Knoller, a former CBS reporter, has provided information that Nicolle Wallace is scheduled to interview President Obama in New York City. This will be the 40th interview he will give as president. His last interview took place on May 5 on MSNBC with Stephanie Ruhl.

Biden has a busy schedule this week, as he intensifies his reelection campaign. Biden will then attend a reception for his re-election campaign in New York City, his third event in the same week.

The president gave a long speech on Wednesday about “Bidenomics”, which praised his “middle-out and bottom-up” approach to economics.

This media appearance is taking place in New York during what will likely be the final week of the Supreme Court’s term 2023. The court issued a decision on Thursday that found the 14th Amendment Equal Protection Clause violated when race was used as a factor for college admissions.

Biden, in a Friday speech at the White House prior to his departure for New York City said that the Supreme Court’s decision was “not from a normal court.”

Biden stated, “Today the court has once again broken with decades of precedent.” “I am strongly, strongly opposed to the court’s ruling.”

In his next interview, the president will explain further his opposition.

According to Knoller’s data, Biden has an average of one interview per three weeks as president. Knoller is a White House encyclopedia who has been serving for decades.

The New York Times reported that in April, since Coolidge’s presidency, only Nixon and Reagan have held as few annual news conferences as Biden. The Times reported that Biden held 54 press conferences in his first two presidential years. Former President Trump had had 202, and President Obama 275.
