White House Handlers Restricting Biden’s Ability To Prove He’s Competent

Senator John Kennedy (R-La.) suggested that questions about President Biden’s cognitive abilities, and his ability to be a leader in the free world may have been sparked by the president’s relatively few public appearances and media conferences.

Karine Jean-Pierre, White House Press Secretary, said that Biden would regularly answer shouted-out questions on the lawn.

Trace Gallagher, the anchor of “The Story,” asked Kennedy if Biden’s apparent “lightheartedness” towards his 80-year-old age was enough to dismiss the questions. Kennedy responded that the Democrat appeared to be following the Reagan playbook by being self-deprecating.

Kennedy responded that everyone ages differently. He pointed out that Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) is almost 90 years old, but he’s still an active, vocal legislator. Grassley has been in office since 1981 and continues to hold town halls every year in all 99 counties of the Hawkeye State.

It’s not your age. It’s how you feel mentally and physically. He said, “I think that a majority in America believes that President Biden’s changed significantly over the past two years.”

Many Americans think that he cannot finish a sentence if he doesn’t take a nap. “I’m not saying it’s fair but that’s their belief.”

Kennedy claimed that the president’s advisers had exacerbated the criticisms by “not letting President Biden be president.”

“They won’t allow him to speak to the American public.” I am asked constantly who is the real president. “Whoever the hell controls that teleprompter” is my answer.

Kennedy gave Biden some advice on this front, telling him to hold more traditional press conferences and that he shouldn’t worry about using a teleprompter if he answered questions honestly.

Show them you can do the job. He said, “They’re doing exactly the opposite.”
Kennedy commented on the continued “word salads” of Vice President Kamala Harris, while Gallagher played an excerpt from her speech in New Orleans on 30 June.

“Culture reflects our time and our moment, right? Present culture is how you express your feelings about the present. “We should always look for ways to reflect joy in the present moment,” Harris said.

Harris’s comments about Venn diagrams in January were also ridiculed.

The vice president told an audience at the White House that he loves Venn diagrams. “Always inquire, ‘Is this a Venn Diagram?’ It’s amazing when you find one. “So, Venn Diagram, those three circle, right?”

Kennedy claimed that the vice-president is having difficulty in her role.

You don’t need to be a CalTech senior to know this. He said that her lack of popularity was due to her inability to communicate clearly and to be prepared.

“A cynic could say that, based on her performance, English isn’t her first, second or third language…I just don’t get the feeling that the vice president…is being herself.” He said that she was trying to sound intelligent instead of simply saying what she believed and saying it clearly, in an articulate way so the average American could understand.
