Why Did Joe Biden Lick A Young Child At The NATO Summit?

How can you write about the President of the United States licking an innocent child repeatedly, causing her to go into a fit? I don’t really know but I will try.

The incident occurred in Helsinki, Finland on Thursday, the last day of the president’s attendance at the NATO summit 2023. During his trip, a lot of things have happened. Many of them are embarrassing. We’ve covered all of them here.

Biden’s senility is expected to be displayed when he appears publicly, and his creepiness towards minors was well-documented even before his mental decline. However, you would not expect him to start licking a child like an ice cream cone. I’m not sure what to think of this.

You’ll see Biden leaning into a child being held by its mother to lick it. As his mouth is placed over her back, the child recoils and begins to wildly gyrate his head. Biden backs up a moment before leaning forward to try and smell (or kiss?) The child then jerks her away again. The president finally walks away.

Biden’s supporters may try to explain it away by saying that Biden is just an old man who loves babies. But I don’t believe this explanation works here. I don’t know if there is anything malicious behind this, but I do believe that he crossed the line by acting in this manner toward a child with whom he had no family connection.

For context, I like kids. I have several. While I may tease and joke with my friends’ children, I would never actually put my mouth to one of theirs. It’s difficult to understand why Biden would do this to a child in a group. This is not acceptable behavior. Is he not brave enough to have his aides tell him that this is unacceptable and he should stop?

No matter how old someone is, basic boundaries must be observed. You may find that boundaries shrink as you get to be closer to someone. However, we’re not talking about a child or grandchild here. Biden is licking an unknown toddler. Would an adult like to have someone as powerful as the president come up and begin gnawing at their backs the way the video shows? No, of course not. You can tell that she’s scared.

I don’t know why Biden still hasn’t gotten the hint. He is caught on video repeatedly crossing lines with children in public, but he keeps doing it. Someone at the White House should sit him down and show him the latest video. They need to explain what is wrong.
