Biden Takes Beach Vacation While Americans Attacked, Held Hostage

Joe Biden, in his speech to the nation on Thursday, seemed to be trying to convince Americans to give $60 billion more money to Ukraine by comparing the situation to Israel. He talked more about Ukraine, aid to the Palestinians, and Islamophobia than the attack on Israel or the Americans who were killed and are still being held by Hamas.

Biden spent more time talking about himself. He talked about his trips to war zones in Israel, Ukraine, and Kyiv, as well as how he was there when “the sirens went off.” We’ve already noted that it was more of a publicity stunt for him since no attack was taking place at the time. This was also a way for him to boost his ego, and look like a strong leader because he was tanking in the polls.

The speech was not well received. It was almost universally condemned, and many noted how old he looked. It did not instill fear in our enemies.

The bad actors ignore Biden’s “Don’t don’t don’t” warnings not to exploit the Israeli-Hamas conflict. While he prepared for his speech, attacks were launched against U.S. troops in Iraq. Drone attacks on Wednesday also resulted in injuries to some American troops.

After a 6 p.m. campaign reception, he will be heading to Rehoboth Beach in Delaware for another vacation. His public schedule does not appear to include anything related to the current political crisis.

I don’t think anyone has ever done this job so badly or acted as he should. It does, however, show his priorities. He did not put Americans first in his last night’s speech and now he does not seem to care much about them. It’s been 13 days since the hostages were taken, and the chances of them being released will be slim if he does not get them out before Israel begins the invasion.

What has he so far done? He exposed the faces of Delta Forces members and left them exposed for several hours. This put their lives and mission in danger. This is how incompetent Biden’s team has become. He shouldn’t leave until everyone is home.
