Biden’s administration announced recently the construction of a new section of the border wall. This is a dramatic change from the previous statements made by the president and an admission of how bad his immigration policies were.
True believers such as Beto O’Rourke rebuked the move, but now it is open to question whether Biden knows what his government is doing. The president seemed to be confused about who was in charge during a Thursday press conference.

It is obvious that border walls work. A 30-foot wall is more difficult to cross than a border that’s open. It’s not because the walls in other areas are harder to climb that the largest caravans don’t cross the Rio Grande River. Anyone who is not either stupid or dishonest should know this. You can tell which Biden you are in the first clip.
The second clip is absolutely amazing. To put things in context, Biden’s administration waived environmental regulations to restart wall construction. The White House was not bound by what Congress appropriated. The construction was stopped until the Department of Homeland Security took a positive step, over which the President has constitutionally complete control. Biden admits he is not in control of his administration. This should be concerning to everyone, given his mental state.
As you might expect, his mental state was clearly on display at this press conference.

Biden’s next Joint Chiefs chairman is literally in front of him. The president couldn’t tell what department the man was from, even though he was in uniform. At least, you could understand most of what he said, so I guess that’s progress.
It’s absurd that the administration is trying to build the wall and then denies their own construction. Biden’s approval is needed to build the wall, otherwise, it won’t happen. The border has become a disaster. Only a powerless figurehead could explain his behavior. If the White House wants to, they can run with it.
