John Fetterman, the sweatshirt-wearing actor who has made several gaffes and bad takes in his career, maybe just beginning his redemption story.
Fetterman criticized South Africa for taking a case of genocidal against Israel before the International Court of Justice about the Gaza war and said that South Africa should “sit this one out.”
Fetterman said that considering the history of South Africa, he found it “appalling’ for the country to bring this case.
In response to a question about his remarks, Fetterman stated that “South Africa’s focus should be on the humanitarian crises on its continent – like in Sudan, where over 7 million people are displaced by widespread atrocities.”
The clip of Fetterman’s comments started to circulate in X and conservatives all over the world were puzzled by his sudden ability to understand.
Even Elon Musk himself, a South African from Johannesburg, responded: “He’s right.”
Dave Rubin agrees.
Rubin, stunned, comments: “In a bizarre turn of events, the sanest Democrat on this issue is John Fetterman.”
