A vehicle has crashed into the gate of the White House. Images and videos of the incident are now being circulated online. However, there is very little information available at this point.

The driver was detained, and an investigation is underway.
Shortly before 6p.m., a vehicle collided with an exterior gate on the White House complex. The driver has been taken into custody & we are investigating the cause & manner of the collision.
