Multiple Countries Rally to Israel’s Aid Against Iran’s Barrage

Israel was able to repel a fierce attack on Saturday, with the aid of powerful allies from the region and the rest of the world.

Many countries joined forces to stop over 300 missiles and drones fired at Israel by Iran. The Israeli Defense Forces claimed that their forces and allies had stopped 99% of this attack.

The U.S. military has moved ballistic missile defense destroyers and aircraft to the area over the last week at my request to help defend Israel. In a statement denouncing the Iranian attack, President Biden stated that these deployments combined with the exceptional skill of our servicemembers helped Israel destroy nearly all the incoming missiles and drones.

France, Jordan, and the United Kingdom all played a role in stopping the attack.

According to senior French officials, Fox News Sunday reported that French forces intercepted several Iranian projectiles over Iraq and Jordan.

“France has elements of ground-air defense in the area to protect its troops.” “They were used to neutralize whatever flew over our right,” confirmed a reliable source.

According to a report in Times of Israel, the U.K. Royal Air Force was also involved in the defense. RAF fighters intercepted an unknown number of unmanned aerial vehicles in the Middle East bound for Israel, and vowed that their jets would “intercept any airborne attack within the range of our current missions as required.”

A Jordanian source of security confirmed to Reuters, that Jordanian forces had intercepted dozens of Iranian drones which were violating the country’s national airspace on their way to Israel. As a precaution, the country had also announced that it would be increasing its reconnaissance flights and briefly closing its airspace on Saturday.
