Wynonna Judd’s Daughter in Scandal: Charged with Soliciting Prostitution After Highway Strip-Down

According to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office, Grace Kelley was charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstructing government operations one week after she was arrested.

The bond amount has been set at $2,000.

Kelley was booked in the Elmore County Jail, Alabama on Friday, April 5th at 5 pm.

According to Al.com, Kelley’s charges allege that she exposed her breasts at an intersection between Interstate 65 and Highway 14 where traffic was heavy.

The outlet reported that “When officers attempted to arrest her she refused to identify herself, and sat on the roadside refusing to obey police.”

The Millbrook Police Department also charged Kelley with obstructing government operations.

Judd’s representatives did not immediately reply to comments.

Kelley pleaded guilty in 2017 to manufacturing, delivery, and sale of methamphetamine, as well as possession. After she left a drug-recovery program ordered by the court and violated her probation, Kelley was sentenced to prison.

She was sentenced to eight years in 2017 but was released six years early.

She was arrested in 2015 at a Walgreens store in Nashville, Tenn. Police found her and another man in a car that had an incorrectly installed license plate parked in the parking area of the drugstore. The Daily Mail reported that during their questioning the police discovered pseudoephedrine in a bag outside the vehicle and a Coleman fuel receipt.

Wilcutt, as well as Kelley, were both arrested for methamphetamine promotion. The items in question are typically ingredients used to make methamphetamine.

Fox Nation’s The Pursuit aired an exclusive interview with Judd. Judd stated, “I have one on patrol and one on parole” after Kelley’s early 2019 release.

“I’m no different than anyone else. I’ve got kids who have made great successful choices. I have just as much to say about the testimony – emphasis on the word ‘test’ – of both my children saying, ‘Wow, that didn’t work.'”
