Kamala Harris quit the presidential race in California before she reached her home state. Harris had zero delegates and no money.
Harris knew that she was shortlisted as a VP. Although one VP stated that it was not worth “a bucket of warm water”, the position was still within reach.
Harris exceeded my expectations, but not in a good way. Her poll numbers were shockingly low. Harris’ nasally tone and empty platitudes are toxic. Douglas Murray, an acclaimed author, called her phrase nonsense.

I imagine what it could be, without what it has been.
What is she saying?
The phrase “what’s happened” is not very clear. Does “what has been” (the past) “unburden” what can be? Kamala is expressing her wish that the burdens of the past won’t be carried forward by “what has been”.
Murray stated that Harris does not consider herself “wise”.
This is the first time anyone has said it.
Harris must publicly back Biden, the man who put her on the ballot.
CNN reported Harris and her team publicly linked their fate to that of the star’s fall.
A source told CNN the Harris campaign was instructed to remain firm, stay in line and focus on the Biden/Harris ticket. She added that they were told to follow the vice president and not raise their head.
Harris’s message was echoed by the internal orders. During a CBS interview, Harris rejected the idea that Biden would run for president.
Joe Biden is our nominee. She stated, “We defeated Trump once and we will defeat him again,” in the strictest terms.
Later, she said: “I am proud to be Joe Biden’s running mate. ”
This means that Harris supports Biden. She’s as close to the throne as she will ever be.
