Israel’s government revealed that 100 Hamas terrorists were identified amongst a group of United Nations employees.
Reports claiming that 12 UNRWA staffers actively participated in the Oct. 7, Hamas attack against Israelis have again drawn international attention to UNRWA’s close links with terrorism. UNRWA and the UN should both be defunded for their continued support of the Palestinians.
The Times of Israel cited German outlet Bild to report that Israel’s Foreign Ministry sent a letter to UNRWA chief Philippe Lazzarini with the names of his employees accused of being part of Hamas. UNRWA, which is supposedly an agency for Palestinian refugees, is so inextricably tied to jihad against Israel that international human rights lawyer Hillel Neuer labeled it “terrorism-infested.”

The letter states that names of UN employees, who are Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad supporters are on a “broader list”. The names, however, will not be released “for confidentiality reasons”.
Israel called for the immediate dismissal of the alleged terrorists citing a newspaper that said the allegations raise new questions about Berlin financing the UN agency and that the remains of murdered Israeli-German Hostage Shani Louk was discovered in a UNRWA facility.
UNRWA was used by Gazan jihadis as a storage facility, to hide launch sites and bases, or to shield them. Hamas spent $1 billion in UN aid on weapons tunnels and weapons.

HillelNeuer’s statement in light of recent information about UNRWA and Hamas was a good one: “UNRWA chief Lazzarini now has the names of 100 staff members who are Hamas terrorists. UNRWA’s pledge conference will be held in New York tomorrow. You should not pledge money until these people have been fired.
