Outrage as Majority of House Democrats Vote Against Bill to Deport Illegal Alien Sex Offenders

In yet another outrageous demonstration that illegal aliens are more important than the safety of American citizens 158 of 220 House Democrats voted on Thursday against a Republican-sponsored bill to deport foreign illegal nationals who have been convicted of domestic abuse and sex-related offenses, such as sex crimes committed against children.

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-SC, called the opposition Democrats “shameful.”

The debate is shameful. I am a rape survivor. As someone who survived rape and as someone who was in a situation of domestic violence where I also became the victim, I understand the trauma that can last a lifetime. I don’t care to hear about it. You should leave if you are here illegally.

House Democrats have shown in the past and will continue to show in the future that those who voted against this bill were more than shameful. Obscenely despicable is the closest to what I think. While sex abuse against adults is horrific, it’s one thing. What about sex crimes committed against children? And 158 of 220 people voted against the bill that would deport animals who commit these heinous crimes. Unconscionable.

As with the Democrat opposition to voter identification laws, they will again deflect the issue and obfuscate, blaming another provision of the bill. It will be a complete crock, as it has always been.

The bill was passed by 215 Republicans to 51 Democrats. Seven members didn’t vote.

Mace says Republicans are tired of the current situation.

We’re tired of reading about women who have been killed or injured by assailants who trespassed illegally into our country during the Biden-Harris Border Crisis. This law sends out a clear message that if you’re illegal and have committed violence against women you won’t find refuge here.

She shared her disgust in a video on X.

Each member who votes against this bill is showing the American public that they are more concerned about illegal aliens and their children than with our women and children.

They showed exactly that, despite their excuses.

According to the bill, aliens who are convicted or have committed domestic violence or sex crimes will be deported. This includes stalking and child abuse.

The Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, 2006, also defines crimes such as child sex offenders and sexual predators. It also covers child sex performers, minors being used in sexual performances, minors being asked to practice prostitution, child pornography produced or distributed, and transporting minors with the intent to engage criminal sexual activity.

Seven out of ten Democrats voted against this legislation.
