Sunny Hostin, co-host of “The View”, attacked Brittany Mahomes for indicating that she may support Donald Trump via Instagram. She argued that she should have been aware because she is in an interracial marriage.
Hostin stated, “It seems to me that she should have been aware that supporting a racist was problematic because she has biracial children and her family belongs to one of those families that could not in the 1970s have lived in Donald Trump’s building.”
Mahomes’ wife, Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs, was swiftly criticized for liking an Instagram post on August 13 that outlined Donald Trump’s platform. She also liked comments that were made on her Instagram posts, which hinted at her support for the GOP.

Whoopi Goldberg, Mahomes’ co-host, told him to “Pick your Champions”.
Swift endorsed Harris following the ABC News Presidential debate.
Patrick Mahomes was notably adamant in his recent press conference that he would not endorse a presidential candidate.
He said: “I do not want my position and platform to be used in any way to endorse a particular candidate or to do anything else. I believe my role is to encourage people to register to vote. It is to encourage people to conduct their research and make the best decisions for themselves and their families.”
Hostin said that Latino Republicans and Black Republicans are “oxymorons” and dismissed their existence.
She said, “I don’t understand Black Republicans or Latino Republicans” during a 2022 episode of “The View”.
