Kamala Harris launched new talking points on former president Donald Trump over the weekend. They were so lame that it revealed how bankrupt and desperate her campaign was at this stage. You sound like you don’t know what you’re talking about when you attack him and claim his team “hide” him while he is everywhere, campaigning in blue states.

She also mentioned that he did not want to be interviewed by “60 Minutes”. He has done far more interviews than she. The problem was that Trump was right to worry that CBS was not fair. But that concern was proven by the explosion of the scandal surrounding the editing of Kamala’s video interview.

Catherine Herridge, CBS’s former investigative star reporter, has called for them to release the complete, unedited transcription in the interest of transparency. This makes you wonder if there’s more to it and if they are being so stubborn.

Herridge’s call for the release was joined by Bari Weiss, the Free Press, and other media outlets, including the NY Post, the NY Post, and others.

She’s now gotten even more help from Megyn Kelly, a journalist with an extremely popular podcast and a lot of clout. Kelly is also helping to push for transcribed versions.

If you did not violate any journalistic ethical standards, it would not harm to release the transcript. Kelly yelled at the network, telling them to do the right thing.

Herridge also notes that a recent poll by Harvard Caps Harris shows that the public supports this call for complete, unedited transcription.

A strong majority of voters (DEM and GOP) believe CBS should release the 60 Minutes Harris interview transcript; a small majority say CBS edited it to improve her appearance.

Eighty-five percent of people, including 87 percent of Democrats, 88 percent of Republicans, and 80% of independents, said they should release the video. A majority of 53% also believed it was done to help Kamala.

Yahoo described the situation as “growing controversy”, and “widespread requests for transparency”. “60 Minutes” aired again on Sunday but didn’t address it. “60 Minutes'” viewers were not informed of the situation.

CBS, if it still had any remaining credibility, is burning money by refusing even to address this. They may have done more harm than good by adding to the scandal.
