The Trump-Vance Campaign has filed a suit over apparent voter suppression in Bucks County Pennsylvania. The lawsuit claims that early voters who were told to return at a later date, and pushed from the line. Bucks County, located in the Philadelphia region, went to Joe Biden by a narrow margin in the 2020 elections (51.7 – 47.3%).
The email, sent on Wednesday by the Trump/Vance Campaign, reads as follows:
The Trump-Vance Campaign has filed a suit against Bucks County in Pennsylvania for relocating voters. It is a violation of Pennsylvanians’ rights to vote – and ALL voters have the right to STAY IN LINE.
Pennsylvania Department of State clarified that if a voter is in line by 5:00 PM at an elections office, counties must give them the chance to request a mail-in ballot. Pennsylvania voters were turned back as early as 2 pm.
Yesterday, Kamala gave a speech full of lies in Washington, DC, claiming that Republicans were a threat to democracy, while her allies are actively preventing voters from voting in Pennsylvania, a battleground state.
This is illegal. This is voter suppression by the left. We will fight to ensure that every Pennsylvanian has the right to vote. Vote and keep in line!
Do not allow election officials to turn you away. If you are turned away, submit a report to our lawyers here: https://pennsylvania.protectthevote.com/hc

There’s been lines like this for days across counties in PA. Only for elections officials to come out and push people out of line and tell them to come back.

Pennsylvania Department of State issued a press release reassuring voters they can vote as long as they arrive in line before 5 PM.
If you are in line at a county elections office tonight at 5 p.m. to apply for your mail-in ballot, counties must give you an opportunity to do so. Our team continues to work with all counties to ensure every eligible voter who wants to vote by mail ballot is able to. https://t.co/Px4MfTo0eQ

Bucks County appears to be a tight race, and Pennsylvania must be included in both campaigns’ swing states. Donald Trump and Kamala’s campaigns are hitting Pennsylvania hard.
Pennsylvania may not just be a swing state, but it could also decide the election, depending on the outcome of Georgia, North Carolina, and Rust Belt States. Both campaigns need it. While Donald Trump could lose Pennsylvania, and still win the election, if the Trump campaign had Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral votes, they would have a much easier time. Without PA, Harris’ campaign is toast. The winner of the Pennsylvania election will most likely be whoever takes it.
RealClearPolitics’ average shows Donald Trump leading Kamala in the state by 48.1 points to 47.5. This is a close race by any standard, which makes this effort to ensure election integrity all the more important.
This situation is developing. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide you with updates as warranted.
