Former Marine Daniel Penny has been cleared of all charges for the accidental death of violent Subway passenger Jordan Neely.
The Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is still on the job, which is a shame. Some are angry at the verdict, and now try to incite violence based on race – even though it had nothing to with race – but many voices think this case should never have been brought. It is a symbol of the corruption in our justice system.
They were not shy in criticizing the George-Soros-backed, divisive, and soft-on-crime DA:
Daniel Penny should sue the city of New York, the NYPD, the disgusting Neely family, Alvin Bragg, and Dafna Yaron for hundreds of millions in damages

Greg Gutfeld, Fox News’ late-night host, wasn’t afraid to share his opinions. (Warning: Profanity.)
Hooray for Daniel Penny and those heroes who risk everything to help others. And a more than deserved **** you to Alvin Bragg.
Internet commentator Greg Price pointed out something we have reported: Bragg has downgraded an enormous number of felonies in 2023.
Think about how much time, resources, and taxpayer dollars Alvin Bragg’s office used to prosecute these two people — all while his office spends their time lowering 60% of all felony cases for actual criminals to lesser charges. pic.twitter.com/Fi355oDGGu

The New York Post’s editorial board called for Bragg to change his career. “Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg’s attempt to persecute Perry has failed – and Bragg could, should, be forced to pay the ultimate price politically,” they wrote.
America needs more men like Daniel Penny.
America needs fewer prosecutors like Alvin Bragg.— Ben Shapiro (@benshapiro) December 9, 2024
Ted Cruz, a Republican senator from Texas, agreed with Bragg that it was time to get Bragg on the road.
This is absolutely correct. Alvin Bragg needs to go. He is a disgrace to the entire legal profession.https://t.co/c6JSkxquFP

This verdict is a warning to the George Soros-backed prosecutors in every state. Americans are tired of living with fear while criminals roam free and heroes in courtrooms.
It’s a message we must keep on sending, loud and clear, that progressive politics are failing our cities and our citizens, and its adherents need to be voted out and sent packing. The sooner Bragg is gone, the better off NYC will be.
