While NC Residents Shiver in Tents, Biden Commits Billions Abroad

Joe Biden announced on Tuesday that he would give Africa one billion dollars for disasters and “food insecurity.” I thought that was absurd, given that people in North Carolina are still living in tents and not receiving the aid or money they need in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. This has been going on since September.

 

What does he do in Africa, when America and Americans should be his top priority?

 

He seemed to do nothing but embarrass us, including falling asleep during a summit. This video shows how he was sleeping while the leader of Tanzania spoke.

 

 

It was worse than his words about the billions of dollars. He said he had given Angola $3 billion to “invest” in its energy capability because “the future of the world lies in Africa.”

 

 

He should have said that the future lies in America. He doesn’t appear to be concerned at all about the people here.

When our citizens call, they are told you can’t do anything. Also, notice that the administration is blaming Congress. The executive branch is in charge, not Congress. Biden’s team claimed they had enough money to deal with Helene. However, they give nothing to the American people while Biden gives money to other countries.

 

They wonder how Donald Trump became president-elect.

 

Democrats, like Biden, have repeatedly shown that their priorities are truly twisted, and America does not come first. They care more about their control and power than the American people.

 

I understand that Trump will have a lot to deal with when he takes office, but it is important to do everything we can to assist here as the Biden team failed miserably.
