Fetterman Blasts Fellow Democrats’ ‘Unhinged Petulance’ Following Trump’s Address

Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, a member of the Democratic Party, criticized his party after Donald Trump delivered his address to a joint meeting in Congress. He warned that Democrats were becoming like an alarm clock that is ignored by people.

A sad cavalcade showcasing self-awareness and unhinged petulance. This only serves to make Trump appear more regal and presidential. “We’re like metaphorical car alarms, which nobody listens to. It may not be a winning message,” the senator said on X.

Members of Congress held up signs during Trump’s address with the messages “FALSE,” “SAVE MEDICAID,” “PROTECT VETERANS,” and “MUSK STEALS.”

Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) was removed from the Chamber for being disruptive.

Some Democrats chose not to attend, and others who were there chose to leave.

Trump said in a post on Truth Social on Wednesday that “the Democrats should have lost the Midterms because of their conduct at last night’s joint address to Congress.”

Trump said that Republicans should use the video provided to show the disrespect that they had shown for all those who were recognized that evening, such as young women killed by illegal immigrants, cancer patients, etc. The Republicans didn’t have even the common decency to smile or applaud, let alone stand up. By analyzing this full video of the Historic Event, you could have your entire CAMPAIGN to VICTORY. In other words, Republicans could take what happened yesterday night and win any Race in the Country.”

Fetterman said on Wednesday that he agreed with Trump’s warning to the terrorist group Hamas.

You can choose. Trump said on Truth Social that if you don’t release all the hostages now and not later, as well as return the bodies of those you killed, it will be over for you. Trump said on Truth Social, “I will send Israel all the tools it needs to complete this job. Not a single Hamas leader is safe if they don’t follow my instructions.”

“This is your last warning! For the leadership, now is the time to leave Gaza while you still have a chance. Also, to the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!”

Fetterman is an ardent supporter of Israel, and he approved of Trump’s warning.

Free all hostages, or kill Hamas again. The senator said, “I fully agree with the @POTUS.”

According to the Associated Press, an agreement was reached between Israel and the terrorist group regarding negotiations for a second stage during which additional Palestinian prisoners would be exchanged for hostages, a permanent ceasefire, and Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza.

The AP reported that Hamas spokesperson Abdel-Latif Al-Qanoua stated that negotiations about this phase are the best way to release the remaining Israeli hostages.
