President Donald Trump has declared that President Joe Biden’s pardons during his last hours in office are “void and vacant” because they were signed electronically.
According to the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project: “almost all documents we could find Biden had signed with an autopen.”
Biden has been accused of using an autopen to sign official documents as a means to undermine his leadership skills.
Biden pardoned members of Nancy Pelosi’s partisan select committee on Jan. 6, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Gen. Mark Milley, the chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Trump wrote on Truth Social shortly after midnight: “The pardons that Sleepy Joe Biden granted the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are declared Void, Vacate, And Of No Additional Force Or Effect Because Autopen wrote them.”
Joe Biden did not sign the documents, but he was also unaware of them. Biden wasn’t informed about the Pardoning documents and didn’t give his approval.
Members of the Unselect Committee who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence in the two-year witch hunt against me and innocent people should know that they are being investigated at all levels. These members likely signed the documents for them without Crooked Joe Biden’s knowledge or consent, making him the worst president of the United States.
Missouri Attorney-General Andrew Bailey demanded the Department of Justice investigate whether “Biden’s cognitive decline” permitted non-elected staff members to implement radical policy without his knowledge.
Bailey wrote to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz in a letter dated March 4, that “it appears staffers and officials within the Biden Administration have taken advantage of Biden’s incapacity to give orders without a President responsible for sound mind approving them.”
