DHS: 11 Iranian Nationals Arrested by ICE, One Hidden by American Citizen

In light of claims of Iran hinting at activating terrorist cells within the United States, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), under Secretary Kristi Noem, has disclosed the apprehension of Iranian nationals who, it is alleged, were unlawfully admitted into the country during the tenure of former President Joe Biden.

This operation also saw the arrest of a U.S. citizen, who stands accused of threatening law enforcement and providing shelter to one of the aforementioned illegal immigrants.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have, according to reliable sources, detained 11 Iranian nationals who were in the country illegally, as stated by the DHS in a Tuesday announcement.

According to Assistant Secretary of DHS, Tricia McLaughlin, “Under Secretary Noem, DHS has been full throttle on identifying and arresting known or suspected terrorists and violent extremists that illegally entered this country, came in through Biden’s fraudulent parole programs or otherwise.” McLaughlin emphasized that DHS is determined to remove the “worst of the worst” from the country.

She continued, “We don’t wait until a military operation to execute; we proactively deliver on President Trump’s mandate to secure the homeland.”

To conclude, this development follows earlier reports of Iran’s alleged threats and raises important questions about the effectiveness of immigration policies and national security. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated.
