Baraka was charged with trespassing when he decided to join a group of Democrat officials, including three members of Congress, on a visit to Delaney Hall, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in New Jersey. It’s clear that the radical left isn’t respecting law and order.
The case was later dismissed. Habba, who also serves as President Donald Trump’s personal defense attorney, is being accused of ‘malicious prosecution’ and violating Baraka’s Fourth Amendment rights, as per the lawsuit filed Tuesday in New Jersey.
