The U.S. Supreme Court, the highest court in our great land, just handed President Trump a win on his tariffs policy. And of course, the drive-by media isn’t broadcasting it on every channel. Why? Because they’re too busy chasing their tails over the latest liberal scare tactic.
A family-owned toy company, Learning Resources, which makes educational toys, thought they could fast-track their legal challenge against Trump’s tariffs. They wanted to skip the line and go straight to the Supreme Court, but our wise judges said, ‘Not so fast.’
This isn’t the first time they’ve tried to fight the tariffs. Back in May, they managed to get a court ruling saying Trump can’t impose tariffs using his emergency legal authority. But, surprise, surprise, that ruling is currently on hold, leaving the tariffs in place.
Two district courts have already ruled that Trump’s tariffs are perfectly legal under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. And no court has ever supported the emergency tariff authority that Trump has claimed.
To conclude, the left is going to keep whining, keep trying to take down Trump, but he’s standing strong. He’s doing what he said he would do.
