Louisiana Sues DHS After Chinese Immigrant with Deadly Infectious Disease Slips Through

Published on

Tuberculosis was once a global scourge, claiming countless lives, from Britain’s Henry VII to American gunslinger “Doc” Holliday. This infectious disease is caused by a sneaky bacterium, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which has a dangerous ability to evolve into drug-resistant strains. Even more concerning, it’s contagious, spreads through the air, and could potentially be weaponized as a biological agent.

On Wednesday, a shocking report emerged that Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry and Attorney General Liz Murrill are suing Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The lawsuit centers on a Chinese immigrant who entered the country illegally and was found carrying a rare, drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis, potentially exposing hundreds of inmates.

The woman was taken by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to facilities in Monroe and Lafayette. According to the lawsuit, she was in contact with over 200 detainees as well as an unknown number of employees at these facilities.

In the lawsuit, it is stated that she has a “rare, aggressive and drug-resistant tuberculosis with high mortality rates”. Louisiana Surgeon General Ralph Abraham ordered her to be isolated. He has also ordered that all detainees in those facilities must be medically cleared by the Louisiana Department of Health before they are released.

Bill Melugin, a reporter for Fox News, is also interested in this case and has asked ICE to comment.

NEWS: Louisiana announced today that it is suing DHS for the transfer of a Chinese female illegal alien who was infected by a deadly, rare, and medically resistant form of tuberculosis to ICE custody. She may have exposed hundreds to the disease in the detention facilities.

Federal sources tell me that the woman crossed illegally into the San Diego Sector was transferred to ICE by Border Patrol in Louisiana, and is now in custody in Louisiana. She’s “really sick”.

Louisiana is suing to stop ICE from releasing any other inmates who may have been exposed to the woman until they’ve been medically cleared by the state.

These implications are frightening.

No evidence has been found to date that this is connected with the Chinese government. Having said that, my educational background is in biology, and I, like all military personnel, went through the standard Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical warfare training, which we called “Nukes, Bugs, and Gas.” The “Bugs”, out of that horrible triad, was and is still my biggest fear. The effects of nukes are not always immediate, but they usually subside after the explosion. Chemical weapons are destroyed in a short time, whether it is minutes or months. But bugs… they reproduce, spread, grow, and, worst of all, can mutate. As noted above, tuberculosis can be a little agile bug.

Anyone who has ever heard of biological warfare will be terrified. If you were to introduce an agent in another country, you would not send one carrier. You would send hundreds or even thousands.

Our southern border is wide open, just like the tens and thousands of Chinese nationals that have illegally entered the country since January 2021.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as necessary.
