During the White House Homecoming Speech with President Biden, Barack Obama mentioned himself 33 more times. According to a TVEyes transcription software search at MSNBC, Obama used the words “I”, “I’m”, “me” and “my” 33 different times. Obama spoke 20 times with the word “I” while speaking next to Biden, Kamala Harris, and Vice President Kamala Harris.
According to reports, Obama has not visited the White House for five years. Obama served as president from 2008 through 2016. His presidency saw American becoming more divided, despite his campaign for unity.
The event ended with a large crowd surrounding Obama, while Biden seemed to be looking for something or someone to talk to after the fact. The video was tweeted by the Republican National Committee’s research group with the caption “Literally, no one wants to speak to Joe Biden.”
Obama’s speech focused on controversial passage of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
Obama stated, “So when President Biden declared he wasn’t going to only celebrate the ACA, but also announce actions to make it even better,”
Obama boasted that “Members of Congress made courageous votes, even though they knew their vote would likely cost their seat,” “And the night that we passed the ACA — I have said it before — it marked a high point in my time here. It reminded me of the possibilities and reminded me of how possible it is.”
Obama offered encouragement to the current Democrat White House. It has been marred with defeats. Since Biden took office, he has failed in passing the “Build back Better” agenda, student loans forgiveness, election integrity destruction, and packing the Supreme Court.
