Democrat Kathy Hochul Engages In Celebratory Dance Surrounded By Masked Children

New York Governor Kathy Hochul, (D-NY), flew out following Tuesday’s gubernatorial win; she traveled to Puerto Rico and was seen cheering on masked kids.

In the Empire State’s governoral race, Hochul narrowly defeated Republican challenger Rep. Lee Zeldin. Hochul is currently in the SOMOS conference. It was described by The New York Post as an escape for Albany legislators, lobbyists, and others to maneuver, have facetime at parties, conferences, and the beach.

Hochul was in Puerto Rico Thursday and issued a proclamation naming November “Puerto Rican Heritage Month”.

In a statement, the Democrat said that New York has one of the largest Puerto Rican communities in the country and has a rich history connection to the people of Puerto Rico. ”

“By naming November Puerto Rican Heritage Month, we are honoring long-standing contributions to the state’s Puerto Rican community in all areas – business, arts and culture science, technology and public service,” she stated.

Hochul, however, was unmasked and visited students on the island. Hochul was seen laughing and smiling around the children, many of whom were still wearing masks.

This video recalls Stacey Abrams who was twice unsuccessfully running for governor of Georgia. As she was surrounded with children in masks, she smiled from ear to ear.

It is not surprising that Hochul appears to approve of mass child-masking. After months of promask policies by the former Governor, Hochul did not announce any plans for removing state masks from New York schools until February.

Hochul recently approved mass masking of small children a few week ago. He also urged parents to re-mask their toddlers to protect themselves against RSV. Hochul stated that children will not be affected by mass masquering since they are used to it.

As Breitbart News reported:

The disease has been seen in infants as young at six months old. Hochul said that this provided some protection. Hochul did not mention studies showing that cloth and surgical masks were ineffective in blocking exhaled aerosols. The virus is small enough that it can penetrate the mask.

She stated that although she didn’t recommend it, she strongly recommended that parents remask their toddlers.

She stated that parents should be aware of their children’s safety and consider taking extra precautions in the event of a Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

These remarks were made in October by the Democrat. The Democrat stated that children are more comfortable wearing masks and dismissed any concerns about the impact mass masking has on their development.

They don’t find it strange. There are so many cute masks out there. I have seen many.
