According to the Wall Street Journal, China has more land-based intercontinental ballistic missile launchers that are mobile than the United States.

These news come just days after the U.S. captured an initial Chinese spy satellite above Montana.
The Journal clarified that the Chinese advantage in one capability does not necessarily mean that the Beijing regime has superiority over all others.
According to U.S. officials, experts and others outside the government, many of China’s land-based missile launchers are still made up of empty silos. The Strategic Command also notified Congress that the U.S. has more intercontinental-range, land-based missiles, and more nuclear warheads mounted on those missiles, than China.
According to the Journal, officials claim that the U.S. leads in long-range bomber and submarine capabilities.
Some American legislators are still concerned about America’s competivity to communist power.
