CNN Anchor Presses Democratic Leader to Support Boycott of Fox News Until Apology Is Issued

Published on

CNN anchor Dana Bash tried to convince Hakeem Jeffries, a Democratic, to ban Democrats from appearing on Fox News. However, she was unsuccessful.

Bash asked Jeffries in a CNN interview, “State of the Union” if he would order rank-and-file Democrats to boycott Fox News until the network apologizes for spreading falsehoods regarding the 2020 election.

“Do you believe that Democrats, as party leaders, should not appear on FOX before an apology has been made? Bash was curious.

Jeffries replied, “No.”

“What I think should happen right now is that everyone, whether it’s on another network or whether it’s just in the public domain, certainly in Congress, should refrain from perpetrating a big lie because the big lie has consequences,” he explained.

This question was prompted last week by a letter from Chuck Schumer (D) to Jeffries and Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer.

Murdoch was asked by Dominion Voting Systems to tell his employees that false election narratives were unacceptable. They claimed they would cause “further acts of political violence.” New details about Fox News’ 2020 election coverage were revealed in the Dominion Voting Systems $1.6 billion lawsuit.

Democrats have taken Adolf Hitler’s phrase and used it to accuse Fox News. They use it to claim that Fox News is spreading “the big lies” about the 2020 election.

Schumer and Jeffries wrote: “As you noted yesterday in the deposition, Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham, among others, knowingly and repeatedly promoted the big lies that Donald Trump won 2020. ” “While you expressed regret at allowing this horrible propaganda to happen, your network hosts continue spreading and propagating conspiracy theories about election elections until this day. ”

Fox News however is vigorously defending its First Amendment rights.
